Course Synopsis:

This largely hands-on day with live demonstrations and short presentations is aimed at those wishing to integrate Digital Dental Photography into their regular day-to-day practice.

The course will focus on the practical elements of setting up the camera, lens and flash to achieve consistent results. You will be shown and then practice how to position yourself, assistant and patient in the best possible way to take a standardised series of views.

The day is ideal for both those who haven’t yet bought a camera system or who have, but are a bit disappointed with the results and consistency. It is ideal for those looking to do Accreditation or Examinations and require excellent photographs for documentation of cases.

Ian will also look at advanced photographic techniques, such as vectoring and cross polarisation, for lab communication. Digital Workflow will also be discussed including the best way to archive your photographs  for easy retrieval. Those attending are recommended to bring their camera equipment on the day.
